<strong>Jahresabschluss DAO 2023 vorgestellt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">An der <strong>Pressekonferenz<\/strong> nahmen die wichtigsten <strong>lokalen Zeitungen und Fernsehsender<\/strong> teil, w\u00e4hrend <strong>Ezio Gobbi<\/strong> (Pr\u00e4sident), <strong>Alessandro Penasa<\/strong> (Generaldirektor), <strong>Nicola Webber<\/strong> (Betriebsleiter), <strong>Marco Penasa<\/strong> (Leiter Vertrieb, Marketing und Kommunikation) und <strong>Sabino Mastrorilli <\/strong>(Leiter Verwaltung, Finanzen und Controlling) als Sprecher unserer Genossenschaft anwesend waren.<\/p>\n<p>Unsere <strong>Herausforderung<\/strong> als Unternehmen und Genossenschaft geht jedoch \u00fcber die Vorlage hervorragender Zahlen und einer <strong>soliden Verm\u00f6genslage<\/strong> hinaus.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Im vergangenen Jahr haben wir die Reise Revue passieren lassen, die uns 2022 dazu gef\u00fchrt hat, unser <strong>60-j\u00e4hriges Bestehen zu feiern<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Geburtstag, an dem wir die Bedeutung der <strong>Werte und S\u00e4ulen<\/strong> bekr\u00e4ftigt haben, die uns weiterhin die grundlegende <strong>Unterst\u00fctzung<\/strong> und den <strong>Antrieb<\/strong> geben, um <strong>h\u00f6here und weiterreichende<\/strong> Ziele anzustreben.<\/p>\n<p>Unser soziales Netzwerk w\u00e4chst, ebenso wie unsere <strong>Bekanntheit<\/strong>, und unsere Projekte werden komplexer und strukturierter, begleitet von einem immer gr\u00f6\u00dferen <strong>Bewusstsein<\/strong> f\u00fcr unsere <strong>Identit\u00e4t, F\u00e4higkeiten und Bestrebungen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2>Neue Ziele, die gleichen Gewissheiten<\/h2>\n<p>Das Jahr <strong>2023<\/strong> markierte den Erfolg des <strong>Projekts \u201e<em>autonomous store<\/em>\u201d<\/strong>: ein Zeichen von ehrgeiziger Weitsicht, sicherlich, aber eines, das wir analytisch und vorausschauend verfolgt haben.<\/p>\n<p>Mit der Er\u00f6ffnung des <strong>ersten autonomen Gesch\u00e4fts in Italien<\/strong>, in Verona, und des <strong>ersten \u00e4hnlichen Gesch\u00e4fts in Trentino-S\u00fcdtirol<\/strong> genau sechs Monate sp\u00e4ter haben wir die internationalen Markttrends untersucht und uns zu eigen gemacht.<\/p>\n<p>Die Einf\u00fchrung von Innovationen an den Orten, die wir am besten kennen, stellte uns vor die Herausforderung und bot uns gleichzeitig die Chance, den Menschen eine neue <strong>Art des Einkaufens<\/strong> und der <strong>Arbeit hinter und innerhalb der Superm\u00e4rkte<\/strong> zu bieten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eines ist klar<\/strong>: Wir h\u00e4tten diese Herausforderung nicht meistern k\u00f6nnen, ohne die richtigen Partner an unserer Seite zu haben.<\/p>\n<p>Wir sind eine Genossenschaft, und als solche sind es die <strong>Beziehungen<\/strong>, die den Dreh- und Angelpunkt f\u00fcr unsere Grundprinzipien bilden, die uns zur Aufwertung der <strong>Regionen<\/strong>, zur Unterst\u00fctzung der <strong>Gemeinden<\/strong> und zur Einbindung <strong>unserer sozialen Basis<\/strong> f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Auch im Jahr 2023 haben wir weiter in die <strong>Ausbildung<\/strong> und <strong>Entwicklung<\/strong> unseres Netzwerks und unserer Mitarbeiter investiert, weil wir glauben, dass das Verst\u00e4ndnis, der Schutz und die Verbesserung des <strong>\u00d6kosystems<\/strong>, in dem wir t\u00e4tig sind, zu einem Merkmal und einer Gewissheit unserer <strong>Genossenschaft und unseres Unternehmertums<\/strong> werden muss.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<h2>Unsere Zahlen f\u00fcr 2023<\/h2>\n<p>Was die Zahlen angeht, sind wir stolz darauf, die Bilanz vorlegen zu k\u00f6nnen, mit der DAO das Jahr 2023 abschlie\u00dft.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zufriedenheit<\/strong> ist das Leitmotiv dieser ordentlichen Hauptversammlung.<\/p>\n<p>Im Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2023 stieg der <strong>Erl\u00f6s von DAO<\/strong> gegen\u00fcber dem Vorjahr um rund 10 %.<\/p>\n<p>Der <strong>Umsatz<\/strong> der gesamten Gruppe, <strong>einschlie\u00dflich der Beteiligungsgesellschaften<\/strong>, belief sich auf 422 Millionen Euro, was einer Steigerung von 13 % gegen\u00fcber 2022 entspricht.<\/p>\n<p>Der <strong>Umsatz<\/strong> in den Gesch\u00e4ften unserer Mitglieder \u00fcbersteigt 610 Millionen Euro.<\/p>\n<p>Wir und unsere Beteiligungsgesellschaften besch\u00e4ftigen \u00fcber 660 Mitarbeiter, w\u00e4hrend das Vertriebsnetz in der Region etwa 2.000 <strong>Mitarbeiter<\/strong> umfasst.<\/p>\n<p>Im Laufe des Jahres 2023 wurden 6 Verkaufsstellen <strong>renoviert<\/strong> und 4 neue <strong>er\u00f6ffnet<\/strong>, w\u00e4hrend f\u00fcr 2024 bereits die <strong>Renovierung<\/strong> von 8 Verkaufsstellen und die <strong>Er\u00f6ffnung<\/strong> von 4 neuen Verkaufsstellen geplant sind.<\/p>\n<p>Der <strong>Gewinn der DAO Cooperativa<\/strong>, die auch in diesem Jahr schuldenfrei ist, entspricht dem des Vorjahres.<\/p>\n<p>Der <strong>Gewinn der Gruppe<\/strong> bel\u00e4uft sich auf 17 Millionen Euro.<\/p>\n<p>Dao hat stolz <strong>\u00fcber 26 Millionen Euro in Form von Pr\u00e4mien, R\u00fcckverg\u00fctungen und anderen Posten im Zusammenhang mit den Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeiten an die Mitglieder ausgesch\u00fcttet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
